The Options Centre was developed as a pilot facility for Shell Expro at their Tullos headquarters. The Centre forms an integral part in Shell's "Investors in People" strategy and offers a centralised information bank to encourage staff to source training and career development opportunities within its international infrastructure. The booths present a tantalising, dynamic frontage to the public spaces around the Centre, encouraging people to progress deeper into the space where they can access training material or the Centre's staff for discrete advice.
