This traditional stone-built dwelling house was constructed in the late 19th Century and is located within the St Andrews Conservation Area. An extension at second floor level provides a new bedroom, study area, and terrace overlooking the famous Old Course. The extension is a carefully considered contemporary design that retains key elements of historic fabric while also playfully responding to the eclectic variety of surrounding architectural styles.
