The brief was to replace an existing extension to a grade B listed building with a new contemporary sunroom which would also incorporate an existing stairway hall to form a large social space and new entrance to the villa. The Art and Crafts details and materials of the existing building were reinterpreted to blend new with old, while an existing arch was revealed and incorporated into the interior.
