Scottish Enterprise Tayside commissioned Nicoll Russell Studios to provide a Development Framework for a planned extension to Dundee Technology Park. The Development Framework developed a considered but flexible approach to the realisation of the park at a macro scale and at the level of individual sites. We have sought to create a legible layout of landscaping, buildings and car parking whilst creating a controlled approach to managing the development of buildings, materials, and landscaping.
