Nicoll Russell Studios prepared a joint capacity study of both Inverurie & Kintore for Aberdeenshire Council. The study sought to investigate the likely development pressures which they would face over a twenty year period and to guide how others may develop planning guidance and controls in the future. It was a wide ranging study incorporating housing, employment, retail, social, recreational and other facilities set against the towns’ existing facilities and their urban and rural contexts.
