Nicoll Russell Studios were commissioned to create a masterplan for the wholescale redevelopment of a large section of Elgin’s Town Centre. This project included the creation of a new Civic Centre/Theatre, Multiplex Cinema, Supermarket, Shopping Mall and Structure Landscaping. We were part of a large multi-disciplinary team, which included Transport and Letting Consultants.
