This project is a retrofit redevelopment of a Listed Dockland Shed in Dundee’s City Quay. The vision for the project was to form a creative hub for those involved in Dundee’s Digital Design industry, with spaces suitable for established companies and start-up ventures alike. A sense of community and identity is created through a shared top-lit ‘inner street’ which provides access to offices, co-working spaces and bookable meeting pods.
