Nicoll Russell Studios were invited by Atkins to prepare design proposals for magistrates’ courts in both Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. Both courts sought to impact positively on the urban realm and create highly visible and transparent public environments, maximising the building’s legibility and creating a modern and humane home for justice.
