In collaboration with Jacobs, Nicoll Russell Studios developed detailed proposals for this 197.5 metre crossing over a sensitive Central Urban Park. The natural beauty of the area and its popularity as an amenity area required considerable care in the creation of the design. The result, a dramatic asymmetric bridge, has since become a key link in Glenrothes’ road system as well as a local landmark.
