Dundee Technology Park

Set within the overall parkland setting of Dundee Technology Park, the Prospect 3 office unit was one of the Park’s key buildings during its early phases of development. It occupies a prominent site, off of the Park’s main spine road and architecturally addresses the technological aspirations of the masterplan developed by Scottish Enterprise. Nicoll Russell Studios worked closely with the client EZD Developments to ensure the commercial success of this 1500m² speculative office development.
 
Prospect 3 continues many of the themes developed by Nicoll Russell Studios’ other projects developed in the Park. It is a highly flexible business environment which can be easily replanned within an aluminium and glass envelope, which honestly reflects the activities within the building. It was planned to accommodate either a single open plan office on two floors, or a total of twenty four smaller offices accessed from a common double height concourse.
 
The building is enhanced by high specification car parking and wider landscaping to compliment the overall structure of planting developed as part of the masterplan.
