Phase 3 of Refurbishments

A key part of our most recent LTIF projects was the refurbishment of the Chemistry B Lecture Theare, Seminar Room and Foyer. This project grew in scope over the course of the works and demanded flexibility from the project team to ensure delivery of the scheme. As with our other projects the Lecture Theatre underwent a complete modernisation and now provides up to date teaching facilities for 140 students.
 
As part of a space planning exercise, NRS found room for a new Seminar Room seating 16 persons. Corridor spaces and the foyer area were also refurbished, including new automatic entrance doors and a new reception desk. As with all projects for this Client, early discussions with user-groups were key to their success, and it has been satisfying to witness their pleasure with the end results.
