The mixed development of some 3,000 square metres incorporates a hotel, restaurant, five specialist retail units and a whisky visitors centre grouped around a central public square. Located to the north of Tomatin and adjacent to the village’s northern junction with the A9 it forms a landmark on the busy trunk road and a gateway to the village. The many components of the development have been designed and integrated to create an urban setting which emulates that found in the Highland’s many distilleries to maximise footfall, solar access, views and the visibility of the ‘offer’ from the trunk road.
