A favoured short listed entry for the Finnieston crossing, this elegant 'S' shaped single columned structure was developed in association with Carlbro and Balfour Beatty.
 
The design sought to resolve the awkward 'squint' alignment and provide a solution which reinforced the river front promenade by separated vehicular and pedestrian environments.
 
A unique slim asymmetric cantilevered deck section utilised tie down members that were extended to become integral light fittings and banner masts.
