The brief was to replace an existing extension to a grade B listed building with a new contemporary sunroom which would also incorporate an existing stairway hall to form a large social space and new entrance to the villa.
 
The Art and Crafts details and materials of the existing building were used to blend the new with the old and an existing arch was revealed and incorporated into the interior.
 
The completed work created a light and airy reception space to this distinctive building.
