Set on a triangular site in the heart of Dundee’s Stobwells area, the site addresses one of the city’s principle gateway streets and commands dramatic views to the south across the River Tay to Fife beyond. The project contains twenty four, two bedroom apartments grouped around a communal garden. Architecturally the design reinforces the street edge and the scale of the surrounding area, with the flats designed to exploit the views of the garden and the tremendous view over the Tay.
 
Developed by Tulloch Homes, the flats were available for private sale and represented one of the first commercial developments of this kind in the area. Since then the area has witnessed considerable redevelopment which has brought fresh life to the area, its gap sites and derelict mills.
